The Montessori Academy of Jackson

The Montessori Academy of Jackson is a preschool and child care center that nurtures the “whole child” through social, intellectual, emotional, and physical practices. The school practices and models authentic and innovative Montessori education, respects and honors diversity in the community, and fosters an environment of trust and inclusivity where children can bring their authentic selves. Founder and director Joyce Moxley is a certified primary and lower elementary Montessori educator with a passion for empowering teachers to take care of children today to prepare them for tomorrow.
