Cedar Brook Early Learning Centre strives to provide high quality early childhood education and care in a stimulating environment that is balanced between the Centre and Nature. The Centre’s mission is to help children develop a sense of wonder and respect for nature, promote physical and mental health, build relationships based on care with respect, and encourage a joy for lifelong learning. Through play and exploration in Centre, forest, brook and garden environments, meaningful connections are made between children, themselves, and the natural world around them. Staff are trained professionals who work in a team-driven environment to provide children with a safe, nurturing environment to develop emotionally, socially, physically, and cognitively. Safety is a top priority at the Centre through daily safety checks, appropriate clothing checks, and CPR/First Aid Certified staff. Partnerships with families ensure that individual needs are met.
