Elizabeth Academy - Upper School

Elizabeth Academy Secondary School is an innovative program that serves students in grades 7-12. It offers a classical liberal arts education based on Montessori philosophy, and builds upon the inclusive Montessori education provided by its sister school, Elizabeth Academy Primary School. The environment of the school is warm, welcoming, secure, and stimulating. Students are challenged to think critically and reflectively, and are encouraged to express themselves through Socratic dialogue and literature discussions. Additionally, students explore the humanities and STEM fields through the arts – music, dance, visual arts, theatre, and film – applying their knowledge to their studies. Experiential learning opportunities are also available for students. Ultimately, Elizabeth Academy strives to empower students with confidence that will stay with them for life.
