Legacy School

Legacy School is an independent private school in Omaha that offers preschool through 5th grade education. All teachers hold bachelor’s or master’s degrees in education, which allows them to structure learning experiences that guide children’s creative problem solving and conceptual thinking. The school maintains low student-teacher ratios and places teacher assistants in every classroom to ensure students receive individual attention. Legacy School is situated on 11 acres of land which provides the space for children to play, explore and experiment and offers a differentiated instruction approach in which teachers proactively plan their lessons based on their students’ strengths. They also strive to maintain strong parent-teacher communication and encourage their students to give back to the community.
