SPARK Child Care
About
SPARK began in 1984 as a tutoring and enrichment program for neighborhood children provided by volunteers from First Presbyterian Church. Today, SPARK is a state-licensed, out-of-school-time program for pre-K to 6th grade school-age children, as well as a 5-star child care center through Oklahoma’s Reaching for the Stars. The program provides a safe, encouraging and loving atmosphere where children can explore, experiment, create and play. SPARK contracts with the Department of Human Services to provide child care assistance to qualifying families and also with the Caddo Nation for Indigenous families. In addition, we offer care to families interested in paying out of pocket. Availability is limited and spots fill quickly; those interested are encouraged to call for more information.
