We are a non-heated studio that provides power vinyasa and yin/restorative blend yoga classes for all levels. We practice yoga in a modern way, emphasizing the mind-body connection through breath and movement. With lighting and music, our studio experience engages all of your senses.

We are located inside The Hill KC, a wellness and fitness community in Kansas City, MO, just south of the Crossroads district and downtown Kansas City, and west of Union Station.
