Jenny Hellman, a yoga teacher, founded Full Circle Yoga KC in 2017 with a focus on wellness in the early stages of family life, from prenatal to early parenthood and the older adult years. She is the mother of two wonderful children who have taught her unconditional love, patience, humility, savouring the moments, and a deeper connection with and empathy for other mothers.
