Buddha Beats Yoga

Aleena McKinnon is an eight year yoga enthusiast and six year yoga teacher.
A dancer her whole life, it was not until a car accident that she was introduced to yoga.
Buddha Beats Yoga offers live music, yoga and wine events throughout the Okanagan area at fifteen different wineries, three cider houses, two breweries with ten different local musicians and DJs.
In 2021 Aleena has joined forces with four new amazing venues; Upside Cidery, Scenic Road Cider, Meadow Vista Honey Wines & The View Winery & Vineyard.
With the Buddha Beats space being made from love, dreams and a lot of hard work, it is intended to assist others in re-awakening to the magnificence of one’s own mind and body.
Through a conscious exploration of the layers that comprise our being, each of us can learn to think and move in harmony with the intelligence that manifests as us – Namaste.
