Jill began her practice of yoga 10 years ago and after developing a problem with her hip due to a repetitive use injury, she added more yoga to her routine. She experienced physical changes and mental calmness from the practice, helping her become strong and flexible in both mind and body. Taking the teacher training was an opportunity she couldn’t resist and in her classes she focuses on the holistic benefits of connection between mind, body and spirit. Jill aims to guide individuals to let go of the busyness of life and connect inward, leaving worries about the future or dwelling in the past behind, to become fully present in the moment. To pass on the many benefits of yoga to as many people as possible is something she is excited about. For those looking for a personalized experience, private yoga sessions are available. It begins by answering the question ‘What would you like to get out of your practice?’ and builds it from there. These sessions are specific to individual needs, encouraging them to build a home practice that they love. In consecutive sessions progress is checked so that adjustments can be made as necessary in order to support personal transformation.
