Niche Yoga & Therapy offers a variety of yoga classes seven days a week, welcoming new students and seasoned practitioners alike. They also offer private sessions to help progress individual’s practice. Yin yoga is designed to target the body’s connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia. This meditative practice cultivates tolerance and focus while providing relaxation. The Flow & Restore class lies somewhere between Hatha and Yin yoga; it nurtures and restores energy while gently opening and warming the body. Hatha is an exploration of movement with breath and postures to align and strengthen the body. Ashtanga Foundations is a strength-oriented, energetic, and disciplined practice featuring synchronized deep breathing and movement. Open Practice provides an opportunity to ask questions about practice, gain guidance from the teacher, explore a variety of breathing techniques, engage with balanced effort in postures, and work on alignment. Gentle Hatha is especially intended for beginners looking for a slower practice. Vinyasa is an energetic, dynamic and playful style of yoga focused on understanding different ways of defining strength and achieving stamina. Gentle Sattva combines physical postures with breathwork and meditation to bring the body and mind into balance. Restorative yoga is about finding comfort in your body as it naturally is and nourishing the nervous system with rest. All classes are suitable for all levels of practitioners.
