Yogashala Wellness Centre

Yogashala Wellness Centre was established in 2013 with the mission of providing an environment where everyone feels safe and supported. The owners, Cheri and Lindsay, believe in compassion, abundance and humility for everyone who comes through the door. They offer classes, workshops, alternative therapy and meditation to promote body, mind, heart and spirit health. Yogashala has also developed a boutique which offers yoga accessories such as mats and blocks, clothing, candles, books, home decor and crystal healing items. The owners support local and Canadian makers, with products that change often to keep the selection fresh. Everyone is welcome to shop at the centre regardless of membership.
