Peggy Church is introduced as the “Movement Tutor” who offers whole-body training for optimal movement and function.
With over 20 years of experience as a massage therapist and 25+ years as a Pilates instructor, combined with her dance background, Peggy understands the diverse quality of movement that the body needs.
She also recognizes the importance of sensory systems including exteroception, proprioception, and interoception.
Peggy provides mentorship, encouragement, and challenges her clients to attain their potential with Movement Tutor Ltd.
