Better Buzz Yoga

We are a work in progress, a journey, just like our yoga. Our experience as instructors, facilitators, and guides, as well as as a studio, is growing. We believe in always learning, improving, and challenging ourselves.

Teachers at BBY, students, and the neighbourhood in which we reside are all important parts of who we are and how we fit into the greater yoga community. Walking into a BBY class for the first time or the 500th time should be a wonderful, inviting, challenging, and entirely unpretentious experience.
