Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your first session to enable us to check you in, sign you up, and get you ready to flow! Make sure you’re well-hydrated and ready for class.
Whether you join us for Power Hour or Power 80, you can anticipate a high intensity class that combines balance and vinyasa style movement. You get a full-body workout with an aerobic explosion. Although each instructor’s personality and music preferences vary, each lesson is the same. Beginners and advanced practitioners are also welcome. Expect things to move quickly. We like meeting new people at our studio.
