Turtlesong Yoga is all about health and well-being. Over the years, I’ve realized that yoga is much more than just fitness. Through pranayama, yoga includes movement in such a manner that it activates our Vagus Nerve (breath or life force energy). The movement itself is crucial for our general well-being, but the link to our neurological system via our breath may help us transition from fight or flight to rest and digest.
Turtlesong Yoga provides a pleasant setting for yoga practitioners of all levels. We encourage our pupils to set aside their preconceived views and practice without judgment.
