Afterglow Studio

At Afterglow Studio, they offer a variety of classes such as vinyasa, power, yin, barre, cool flow, TRX and fitness. All levels are welcome and for those looking for an introduction to the studio, they have a one month intro special for $69 with unlimited classes both in-person or online. Additionally, if help is needed in picking the right class, they can be contacted by telephone or email. Lastly, the studio acknowledges that it operates on the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples.
