Baptiste Power Yoga Boston

Since 2008, we have owned and run a Baptiste affiliate studio, Shiva Shakti Power Yoga, in Northampton, MA. It has been a pleasure to create and lead a vibrant yoga community in Western Massachusetts, and we are determined to do the same in this cherished Brookline site. This is a homecoming for us, since we both encountered Baptiste Yoga’s transformative healing power in the initial Baptiste studios in the Boston region.

Experience traditional Baptiste Power Yoga. The Journey Into Power sequence, a set of postures that flow from one to the next, is the foundation of each session. The space is heated to mid-to-upper 90s degrees Fahrenheit, with extra humidity and fresh air.
