Our honest hope is that the studio will foster a dynamic, welcoming, and varied community – a place where yogis of all shapes, sizes, colors, backgrounds, and levels of experience will gather on their mats to connect with one another and with themselves.

Each session blends clever sequencing, thoughtful pace, light heat, and wonderful music, all with the goal of awakening, invigorating, and empowering your state of being.
