About
Michelle Rubin was introduced to yoga in the early 80’s as a remedy for insomnia.

She taught others organically on beaches and parks during her own practice.

Michelle has experience and expertise in pain relief, body structure and mobility, digestion, cancer, fertility, depression, Alzheimer’s and more.
She has studied under many teachers around the world and currently studies advanced asana with Dharma Mitra in New York City and Lauren Peterson in Malibu.
In 2015, Michelle was introduced to Nevine Michaan’s Katonah Yoga® method and became a certified teacher in 2019.
