Your Own Determination is what “YOD” stands for. You will be challenged on all levels—mentally, physically, and emotionally—during this yoga session that incorporates high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and mindful movement. Strength, flexibility, balance, speed, power, endurance, agility, and coordination are all elements that are included into YOD. At the conclusion of the session, you should feel your muscles burning and your mind and body coming into harmony. Your yoga routine will benefit immensely with the inclusion of this wonderful prop!
