We want to achieve a state of mind, body, and spirit equilibrium. We were founded on the intention to foster growth via our offers of conventional floor yoga, acro yoga, and aerial yoga. Come along for the ride. We will help you learn to balance your mind, body, and soul both on and off the mat.
Our lessons are meant to be cognitively and physically difficult, with an emphasis on the desire to deepen your practice on the mat and in your daily life. No matter how many times you’ve walked onto your mat, there is a class for you. We urge you to take a range of classes in order to discover the class and teacher that are a good fit for you.
