One Yoga Victoria recognizes and acknowledges that the land is the unsurrendered territory of the Lək̓ʷəŋən People, known today as the Esquimalt and Songhees Nations.
It provides a supportive, inclusive environment to live with open eyes and look within.
Founded in 2013, it opened its doors in 2014 offering quality vinyasa (flow) yoga.
The studio features quality instructors, natural light, cork floors, radiant heat, showers, change rooms, lobby area, merchandise area and parking stalls.
The room is heated to 31°C and mat and towel rentals are available.
Oneness Health Collective is a group of independent health practitioners located in the back of One Yoga Victoria offering a variety of massage techniques.
They have a large variety of appointment times and days to fit with schedules.
