They offer a New Member 1 Month Unlimited package for just $59, and classes ranging from Power Vinyasa to Gentle Yoga practices.
Their mission is to promote respect, comfort and inclusivity within their walls.
They provide a wide variety of classes such as Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Hip Hop with heat and community.
Every Friday night they hold a light hearted practice with fun beats.
All levels are welcome, and beginners may find value in their mindful practices with detailed alignment instruction.
