Quan’s Hot Yoga offers two locations for a wellness experience. Each location provides hot/warm classes from Advanced Hot Yoga to Gentle Warm Yin with modern radiant heaters and an HVAC circulating filtered system for a HOT experience and fresh oxygen levels. Balance, breathing, energy, flexibility, mental focus, strength, energy levels, detoxification, stress reduction and overall well being are just a few of the benefits one can experience after visiting Quan’s Hot Yoga. Yoga and hot yoga can have many benefits such as improved flexibility, increased strength and bone density, reduced anxiety and stress levels. Through attending regular Hot Yoga classes one can experience the feeling of post class euphoria along with a more focused mind and increased body awareness. In addition, sweat helps to aid in the release of toxins from the body in turn increasing health benefits and potentially managing diabetes and lowering blood pressure.
