Our seminars and offers will change in tandem with our practice and training. We place a significant focus on energy, pranayama, meditation, and self-study in our lessons. We are reconnecting to our roots/dharma/purpose soul’s and give you the chance to do the same.
We will always be students. Because it is the core of yoga, the cornerstone of our practice integrates the physical and spiritual journey. We do this by incorporating body, mind, breath, meditation, self awareness, and devotion into all of our practices.
