Our center offers a universal practice that welcomes people from all backgrounds, walks of life, and fitness levels to join in the practice of personal growth. Our purpose is to assist you in discovering and enlightening yourself. If you want to relax, breathe easier, quiet your mind, laugh more, and challenge your mind, body, and soul, we invite you to the Raise Your Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Center of Las Vegas.

All levels are welcome to our yoga and meditation courses. Wear comfortable natural (cotton, linen, etc.) white attire, bring a yoga mat, and a meditation pillow.
