Shakti Yoga & Living Arts is a center that focuses on the art of living well. Shakti is a Sanskrit term (as is yoga) that denotes energy, power, or manifestation (all things with form). Yoga signifies union: unity of the body, mind, and spirit, as well as individual union with All. Shakti’s aim is to provide programs that appreciate variety while also encouraging awareness of the underlying oneness within.
