Shala Ashtanga Yoga Centre

Shala Ashtanga Yoga Centre is located on 102th Street in Downtown Edmonton, Alberta.
It acknowledges the traditional land of diverse Indigenous Peoples and aims to empower all students by offering a space they can call home.
The Centre is dedicated to the tradition and evolution of Ashtanga Yoga and offers classes, workshops, private instruction and corporate classes.
