Shanti Yoga offers a unique space to help decrease stress-related illnesses, such as anxiety and depression.
It uses movement, breathwork, touch, energy, mindfulness and meditation to counteract the accumulation of daily stress buildup.
Rene is certified in many different styles of yoga and is also a certified Reiki practitioner and Personal Chef.
She provides private Yoga and Reiki sessions, as well as retreats.
Shanti Yoga has been operational since 2003 and has remained passionate, with integrity and love.
