Synergy is Miami Beach’s first and longest Yoga Studio, having served the community for over 20 years with a range of traditional Yoga forms, teachings, and healing arts. Gaia Budhai established Synergy Yoga in 1995 with a focus on community building.

In addition to our regular programmes, we provide a wide range of Holistic Healing Arts conducted by skilled and experienced practitioners. Deep Tissue Massage, Vedic Thai Massage, Reiki, Acupuncture, Reflexology, BodyTalk, Chakra Balancing, and more therapies are available.
