Third Space Movement

Third Space Movement is a multidisciplinary studio offering group classes, specialized workshops, a Recovery Clinic and rental spaces. They strive to provide an inclusive space with respect and connection that allows people to take charge of their wellbeing. Classes start as low as $5 and they also offer online store products to bring Third Space into your First Space (home). They are now open for Kettlebell Teacher Training registration and have upcoming workshops. They are situated on the traditional unceded territories of the Lekwungen and W̱SÁNEĆ peoples of the Coast Salish Nations.
