Poor values! Be sure to fill out a form to cancel your membership, do not cancel with from desk (Malory) I cancelled in person and was told nothing else was required to cancel. Meanwhile I’m being charged monthly since January 2023… I figured no big deal I haven’t been there since and they’ll be able to see that and refund charges… Nope, why would Yoga Pod do the right thing? I was emailed only to be told I did not properly cancel and they will only refund 3 months even though I haven’t been there since January. Shame shame shame on this company and their core values, so much for doing the right thing! It’s not so much the money, their actions revealed their true intentions and poor care for members. Use your intuition when choosing this place. I called to speak to the owner Brian and still no response. Totally avoidant. Gratitude for reading this review.
