Zura is a place for community and connection, where people of all shapes, sizes, and fitness abilities are welcome. Our mission is to give the best yoga and movement sessions to strengthen, restore, and energize your body and mind.
Our Strength Classes at ZURA encourage you to employ natural movements, your own body weight, and modest hand weights to achieve a strong core and good alignment. We utilize little equipment and conduct all of our courses in bare feet so that you feel grounded and can constantly strive to strengthen your foundation.
